Martinism

Martinism is the mystical tradition started in 18th century France by Louis-Claude Saint-Martin.

The Martinist philosophy focuses on Christian mysticism, Jewish mysticism, and Kabbalah.

The Martinist system constitutes of three degrees. R+CMO, a Martinist order, claims that it has access to a fourth degree which is about Theurgy.

• British Martinist Order (BMO), which cooperates with Gary L. Stewart's Order Militia Crucifera Evangelica (OMCE)
• Ordre Martiniste des Pays-Bas, independant international Martinist Organization, operating in North America, Europe, and Australia.
• Rose Croix Martinist Order (R+CMO), which claims to offer the fourth Martinist degree and concentrates on theurgy.
