The Shifter's Bible by William Wraithe is a 72 page self-published book purporting to have the contact information for 16 "astral sources", characterized as a kind of proto-god with immense power and the capacity to transform the practitioner at will into something of their domain. The 16 sources are for: wolf, dog, cat, avian, reptile, fish, primate, pachyderm, bear (marsupial), equine, bovine, arachnid, dragon, hermaphrodite (male/female), angel, and demon. Each has a paragraph's description of their appearance on the astral plane, reminiscent of old grimoires. After the initial listing, each has 2 pages demonstrating their seal, word of summoning, mudra, and candle placement and colors.
All 16 use the same basic ritual involving letting the seal sit in the full waxing phase of the moon without touching sunlight, performing the appropriate evocation, closing the portal created, and burning the seal. If successful, the desired change will occur by the next full moon. It's stated in the foreword that any disrespect toward them or their power will result in them leaving and never coming back, possibly including disbelief.
