Lostboy.exe is a game that contained a RAT, or a Remote Access Trojan. What started out small became more widespread when it kept popping up on /v/ and /x/ under the guise of a scary game. There are claims that originally it was just a game, and then the RAT was added afterwards by somebody else (if somebody could verify this with a thread, it'd be appreciated). The apparent OP then went on to post pictures supposedly from multiple people’s computers. As more people downloaded it, a developer on /v/ confirmed it as a RAT in a sticky.
The game itself is a simple maze game.
