Hismael is a geomantic spirit of aquisitio and loetitia and the ruling spirit of Jupiter. It's supposed in some sources to be a demon.[1] It can be invoked to answer questions concerning the acquisition of wealth.[2]
In the Standard Set
The title given by the Standard Set, "the acquirer", likely derives from its association with aquisitio. The sigil isn't found anywhere else, but may be derived from a sigil for Jupiter (
).
