In this experiment, the instructions to the right are to be followed every night for one week starting 21/4/2015 (dd/mm/yyyy). One log entry for each subject is to be made each day in the initial week, then for the following week for any lingering effects. If anything perceived as relevant occurs after this period, they may add an entry. Each entry in phase 1 is to have one picture of each hand after the sigil is drawn to document discrepancies between entries.
Hypothesis: Following the instructions produces a lucid dream or astral projection of high quality without any extra techniques.
