Dalai Lama

A deposed Tibetan tantric aristocratic, regarded as a yidam (Buddhist pseudo deity). Widely revered for his humour and pleasant attitude.

The Dalai Lama is traditionally the ruler of Tibet and is supposed to be a reincarnation of Avalokitesvara the Bodhisattva of compassion.
