Hmmm. Sounds similar to Chi. Any divisions in this systems (ala Yin and Yang) or is energy only conceptualised as amound and shape - Elseware

There's a little more to it that just that, it is possible to attach concepts, emotions, texture and with a little skill even conciousness onto the energy. Some argue that all that the weaker spirits are is energy of this sort given a little conciousness - Self
