Magickal weapons sometimes refer to the symbolic tools used in rituals.

For example each sphere of the Tree of Life has a colour, an archangel, choir of angels, botanical drug, mineral drug, colour(4 in fact!), symbol and weapon. Although the weapon is not used for fighting per se.

Although there is plenty of magical weapons in mytholgy. Thors Hammer and the spear of longinthingymebobbit spring to mind.

Although I now have an amusing image of a post-modern ritual for making a +1 dagger.

Possibly applied to my leatherman tool. Although it's already, by mystical-geek definition, a magickally empowering item. Although I guess you gotta be a geek to understand.
