Geomancy is a system of divination developed in Europe during the Middle Ages and Renaissance. It consists of randomly generating odd and even numbers to plot out a series of figures, then laying these figures out on a chart reminiscent of the house system used in Astrology. There are sixteen different geomantic figures:

Puer (Boy) Amissio (Loss) Albus (White) Populus (People)
Fortuna Major (Greater Fortune) Conjunctio (Conjunction) Puella (Girl) Rubeus (Red)
Aquisitio (Gain) Carcer (Prison) Tristitia (Sorrow) Laetitia (Joy)
Cauda Draconis (Tail of the Dragon) Caput Draconis (Head of the Dragon) Fortuna Minor (Lesser Fortune) Via (Road)
