Project:Anonymous

By default, MediaWiki displays the IP address of users who are not logged in where there would otherwise be a username. Some people are uncomfortable with the perceived threat this poses, so to help make such users comfortable, para.wiki uses the AnonPrivacy extension to replace IPs with a generic "Anonymous".
