When you are writing an article here on SourceryForge you should help the novice reader by including a good introduction in your text and by establishing context.

Some bold text is provided in the examples below to help you locate the differences between them quickly and easily. It doesn't mean your own article's text should be bold too!

Links are not enough

Don't believe that novice readers will click on your links to find out what you are talking about. Provide enough information in your article to make it stand by itself. Think of the people who may print your article on paper (you can't click a link on paper!).
