The woman in the videos.

Barbie.avi refers to a post that appeared in 2009 on 4chan's /x/ in the form of an alleged true experience. The OP found an abandoned computer, and within the files, found a video titled Barbie.avi. In the video, a woman missing her right arm speaks to somebody unseen (in an interview-like setting) and cries, but the audio is garbled. At the end of the video, OP allegedly noticed train tracks looking similar to an area near where he lived. He began to explore and found an abandoned house in the woods. Everything was typical of an abandoned house except that the front door had been replaced, and the bathroom looked as if it had been recently used, with a wet plastic tarp in the bathtub. When he heard a sound, he got scared and left, later reasoning that it must have been a pipe expanding or contracting.[1]

Pictures of both the areas where OP went exploring and of Barbie.avi were posted, but are now lost because images are unavailable on the Wayback Machine's crawl of the archived thread. The OP disappeared from the original thread, but videos of the woman in the caps posted by the OP surfaced with the garbled audio and contents described. Information about how the videos surfaced would be appreciated, as I cannot remember if OP came back or if someone managed to track down the source of the caps and modify the audio. Though it's not technically a creepypasta, it is posted on the creepypasta wikia.

Video Source

A couple of people in the original thread claimed that the woman in the video was either Juliette Meyniac, or Joséphine Fresson from the film Albert Souffre, but none of these actresses resemble the woman and they both have their right arms.

At the beginning of "part 4", "BIID" appears, which could refer to the psychological disorder Body Integrity Identity Disorder, where a person desires to be rid of one or more of their limbs. If this is the case, the source of Barbie.avi might be an interview with someone with this disorder, who either had her arm amputated, or amputated it herself. Considering the evidence, this seems to be the most likely possibility. With the OP's disappearance, the discovery of the BIID connection, and the fact that no footage of the train tracks described in the original thread surfaced, it would seem that the entire story was made up.

Death of the Woman in the Video?

On July 23rd, 2013, someone posted a thread with an image of a death certificate, remarking that the tale of Barbie.avi was at a close. He claimed that he ordered and received the death certificate for the woman in the videos, named Theresa Browning, who committed suicide. The thread 404'd with very few posts[2]. Any further information on this would be appreciated.
