A spiral-shaped Kozyrev mirror design.

A Kozyrev mirror is a hypo-geomagnetic chamber consisting of a horizontal or vertically oriented cylindrical or spiralling aluminum sheet with enough room to house a person. It was invented by the late physicist Nikolai Kozyrev, and the ISRICA (Institute for Scientific Research in Cosmic Anthropoecology) does the majority of research into the phenomena associated with the mirrors.[1][2]

Phenomena

A number of effects are noted by subjects placed within a chamber:[3]

  • Significantly increased telepathic ability (with an average 95% success rate of transmission)
    • Additionally, some participants got the transmission before it was sent[4]
  • Remote viewing
  • OBEs
  • Non-linear time
  • Altered states of consciousness
  • Permanent enhanced states of consciousness

UFO sightings are often reported above buildings containing Kozyrev mirrors.[3] Telepathic sending and receiving seems to be further enhanced in the presence of a radio television set which has been turned on, but is not receiving any sound or video (suggesting radio waves and the medium of telepathic communication interrelate).[4]

Explanation

Nikolai Kozyrev discovered and experimented with a torsional energy field which traveled faster than light he called the "flow of time," which has been likened to the aether and zero-point energy. The conclusion drawn from his research in remote viewing is Earth's EM field is the "veil" which filters time into a linear experience. Without this field, people have access to "instantaneous locality," or the ability to experience any time or place. Individuals are more or less susceptible to this effect based on exposure to solar EM activity in utero (providing a possible explanation for innate psychic ability).[3]

In addition to shielding from the Earth's magnetic field, Kozyrev mirrors reflect and concentrate energy-time and consciousness.[2]

Uses

In addition to the obvious applications of psychic enhancement, the ISRICA has been working with the possibility of using Kozyrev mirrors as a method of exploring remote planets and asteroids without expensive and dangerous manned missions, seeing them as a "new type of telescope". Astronauts are trained for several months with the mirror and consume water enhanced by a related device called a TRODR to protect from cosmic rays.[2]
