The Shifter's Bible by William Wraithe is a 72 page self-published book purporting to have the contact information for 16 "sources", characterized as a kind of proto-god with immense power and the capacity to transform the practioner at will into something of their domain. The 16 sources are for: wolf, dog, cat, avian, reptile, fish, primate, pacaderm, bear (marsupial), equine, bovine, arachnid, dragon, hermaphrodite (male/female), angel, and demon. Each has a paragraph's description of their appearance on the astral plane, reminiscent of old grimoires. After the initial listing, each has 2 pages demonstrating their seal, word of summoning, mudra, and candle placement and colors.

All 16 use the same basic ritual involving letting the seal sit in the full waxing phase of the moon, performing the appropriate evocation, closing the portal created, and burning the seal. If successful, the desired change will occur by the next full moon.

The actual contents of the book are very sparse, consisting of:

  • 5 pages of foreword
  • 6 pages of source description
  • 4 pages of ritual
  • 32 pages of source correspondences (2 each)
  • 4 pages about astral travel
  • 13 blank "magick journal" pages
  • 1 page listing locations of "interdimensional gates on Earth that are still open" by geo coordinates

How the author came across this information is never directly specified, but implied to be through accidentally stumbling across these deities during astral travel.
