Suicidemouse.avi
Suicidemouse.avi is a supposed "lost" 30s cartoon clip starring Mickey Mouse[1]. It is claimed in the story that the first person who watched the clip went insane and killed himself. This pasta (which appeared in Autumn of 2009) was one of the original "lost episode" creepypastas (along with Dead Bart) that appeared on /x/, later becoming memetic.
Origin
The creepypasta's origin can be traced back to a thread[2] on /x/ back in 2009, where OP posted the story. Later on in the thread, poster jojacob666 (notable on /x/ for making videos to go with both the Candle Cove and Dead Bart pastas) began work on a video to go with it, posting his progress (the image to the right). The video has since been removed from his video channel[3], but other users have since uploaded it[4]. The image of Mickey found in the video seems to be based on a real Mickey comic[5] that involved Mickey contemplating suicide. Whether or not the original post was based on this as well is unknown.
